Why I Created This Program 

I learned from the experience of hundreds of women like you that starting on a weight-loss medication is often a lonely and bewildering experience. But it doesn't have to be this way. I'm a board-certified health coach and expert in facilitating conversations with women just like you, who are on the same path as you. I have written a book called Nano Health Habits and have decades of experience in health, helping people gain the health they deserve.
